*Pools and hot tub are unavailable between Columbus
and Memorial Day

7% Maine State Lodging tax will be added to these rates.

Deposits: Your deposit of 1/2 total rent plus $200 security deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. This deposit can be made with a personal check, bank check, or money order (US Funds Only). The deposit must be received within 30 days of making the reservation.

Deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee, is refundable if notice is given 30 days prior to arrival date. If less that 30 days' notice, your entire deposit will not be refunded unless the property is re-rented for entire period. If the property is re-rented, you will receive your deposit less the $50 cancellation fee.

Property maintains smoke-free, pet-free properties for the comfort of all of our guests. A cleaning charge of $150 will be deducted from your security deposit if you have violated these rules.
